We provide a diverse range of classes to suit your fitness needs.Our Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga offers dynamic and energetic sequences that keep you moving and sweating, while Slow Power Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes alignment and control at a more relaxed pace. For those looking to strengthen their core, our Pilates class delivers an engaging full-body workout. If you want more of a challenge our Pilates Sculpt with weights is perfect. However, if you prefer a combination of both , try our Pilates-Yoga Fusion, which merges the tranquility of yoga with a challenging core routine. Give that a try. It begins with yoga, enjoys a strong core workout and ends in peaceful shavassana. Our 50/50 Yoga class balances mindful movement with the restorative elements of Yin Yoga. For a calming experience, Candlelight Yin Yoga features gentle poses that promote deep relaxation and tension release. Lastly, Focus Yoga is designed to enhance your alignment and mobility, ensuring you practice postures safely and effectively.

With classes typically heated to around 85-90+ degrees you can enjoy a rejuvenating practice while benefiting from improved metabolism and focus. Starting your journey with yoga or pilates, or returning after a hiatus, can feel daunting, but take a moment to breathe—you’re ready for this!. Our classes cater to all skill levels in a friendly atmosphere that promotes personal development. Here, you can connect with your body, take necessary breaks, push your boundaries, and even enjoy some lighthearted moments. Feel empowered to modify the practice to fit your comfort, whether that means challenging yourself or opting for gentler adjustments.

New to SOL
To get started, new students can create an account by clicking here. Additionally, you have the option to download the SOL app, which makes it easy to book and cancel classes as well as join waitlists.
Please remember that you need to create an account before downloading the app.
-Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, as doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked once it starts. -Remember to bring a yoga mat, water, a towel, an extra shirt for sweating, and a non-slip mat (avoid shiny or thick mats for safety). We have mats available if you forgot your mat or haven't purchased one yet. -Cubbies are available for your belongings. -Scrumptious lavender-scented chill towels will be provided after heated classes so please ; let us know if you have a lavender allergy, as unscented options are also available. -Please keep cell phones on do not disturb in the lobby. If you are a a doctor on call please inform teacher and your phone is permitted in the studio.
