New to Yoga
If you're new to yoga, we would like to suggest starting with something gentle to get a feel for the practice. Slow Power, Pilates-Yoga Fusion(works your core and introduces yoga), Candlelight Yin, or Flow to Yin classes would be perfect for beginners since they tend to focus on slower movements and deep stretches, which can help you build strength ,flexibility and learn the postures at your own pace. If you’re open to a bit of a challenge, Hot Power classes are a great way to experience the intensity of a faster paced practice. You can always modify the poses to match your comfort level. If you want more personalized guidance, private sessions could be a fantastic starting point to get hands-on help from an instructor. Remember, yoga is all about connecting your breath to movement, and it’s important to listen to your body, especially in the beginning. The more you practice, the more you’ll gain from it! Feel free to explore the classes at your own pace—there’s no rush.
